Brothel tokens, known as "spintriae" in Latin, were small bronze or brass tokens used in ancient Rome to facilitate transactions in brothels. These tokens typically depicted erotic or explicit imagery on one side and had a numerical value on the other.

I have no idea how that happened! Well, I do, the shop has been busy and become more established and we hit our one year anniversary on November 19th 2023! Its been an experience, I am getting to grips with social media and marketing.

We did it! The first workshop was absolutely ace and everyone left with a gorgeous silver ring that they designed and made themselves. It was hard to work out how long everything might take and I was a little worried about teaching for the first time but it was guidance more than anything and the workshop ran 3.5 hours start to end.

The shop has been open for 2 months now and the first workshop is running on 26th February which is hugely exciting
