Workshop bookings may be rescheduled once with at least 14 days’ notice. Additional rescheduling is not permitted.

Gift Vouchers are non refundable but can be used in store for any jewellery purchase or any workshop.

Earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
